Her focus areas include career counselling, human skills, effective communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, ethical reasoning, and compassion. She empowers learners, students, and educators alike to adopt and apply these crucial skills essential for thriving in today’s dynamic world.

With over 25 years of experience in Strategic and Corporate Communications, Renuka has worked across global organizations—including top Global Capability Centers, BFSI firms, IT majors, and regulated industries. She is a trusted voice in leadership communication, brand advocacy, employee engagement, and talent marketing. She combines her professional expertise with a deep, genuine passion for coaching, counselling, and mentoring the youth  to bridge the gap between classrooms and real-world readiness.

Renuka is a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) from ACCPH (https://www.accph.org.uk/) and   BCPA India  (https://www.bcpa.in/),  a visiting Faculty with premier educational institutes and Mentor. She blends career guidance with psychometric analysis to help youngsters discover their true skills and abilities, make independent higher education and career choices, take ownership of their careers, and design purposeful lives.

In 2024, Renuka launched ‘ACE it’ Masterclasses, an experiential learning platform built around her signature ACE it framework: Authentic Storytelling, Constructive Feedback, and Effective Engagement. Her sessions empower students, educators, and professionals to communicate and connect with clarity, confidence, and purpose. 

Renuka’s workshops are immersive and impactful, supporting the development of empathetic, future-ready and life-ready individuals who are confident communicators, reflective thinkers, and collaborative problem-solvers. Building on this foundation, she has mentored school and university students and delivered experiential workshops, faculty development programs, and panel talks across institutions, mental health organizations, youth platforms, and community initiatives. Her experiential workshops on listening, assertive communication, embracing uncertainty, entrepreneurial mindset, trust building, collaboration, empathy, and problem-solving have impacted 2000+ this year.
