We have always witnessed confusion and ambiguity amongst students and their parents in respect of career choices, which is becoming more prominent in the current scenario, mainly due to the availability of a vast number of career opportunities. Decision to choose right career option is never easy and that’s where right coaching and guidance plays a vital role. Realizing this and with the sole objective of contributing towards the field of education, Ruchika decided to take up career counseling profession.
Ruchika has a vast experience of 18+ years in the field of Banking, as she worked across various functional areas ranging from cash management to Relationship Manager. Building connect and advising as per the requirements of Individuals and corporates have been her expertise as a tenured Banker.
Having a Post Graduate degree in Business Management and being a certified counselor, she performed variety of roles during her professional career including but not limited to Corporate Trainer, Forex Transaction advisor, personality development etc.
Ruchika focuses on helping individuals across different age groups with their career choices, by discussing their interest areas, aspirations, strengths and various options available to them. She is very focused in bringing clarity through her personalized guidance which is based upon research, knowledge and individual’s assessment.

Grateful to get in touch with Ruchika ma'am for my son's counselling who will appear for his X boards this year. We were very confused about many things related to his interests. Choosing stream wisely was a difficult task before meeting Ruchika. However her detailed report gave my son a certain direction, how to proceed. When i took my first session with ruchika ma’am i had absolutely zero clue on what i should do but after my 1st session ruchika maam made things very clear for me and gave me all information i needed.
